Our small group training classes last 45-60 minutes depending on the workout of the day (WOD). Small group training really is small group training! You will not be in a large group with limited supervision and guidance. Groups are capped at 6 participants per time slot and our qualified coaches will guide you & modify the workout to fit your needs.
We offer 3 types of small group training:
1. Army Readiness Training
Our Army Readiness Training prepares individuals for the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT).
2. Functional Fitness
Our functional fitness class is designed for those wanting to lose body fat, increase strength, and improve their cardio capacity.
3. Older Adults Functional Fitness
This course is similar to our functional fitness class, but is for participants 65yo and over. Enjoy the company of other older adults, with the workout and gym music tailored just for you!
Small group training is currently $50/mo (that’s only $4.17/session)
